Before you write
A problem with a portrait? Email the portrait (the downloaded file or a screenshot) to us within 7 days of making it, and tell us which style it was. Our team can't see your portraits, so we need the image from you. If the flaw is clear, like extra legs or the wrong animal, we can give back the credits for that portrait.
A refund? Tell us the email address you signed in with and the order number from your Waffo receipt, if you have it. See the refund rules.
Reporting content? Tell us what you saw and where. Our Content Policy explains what to include.
Deleting your account? You can do it yourself in Account → Delete account.
