Which photos work best

A clear photo of your pet facing the camera, in bright, even light, works best. Make sure only one pet is in the photo and no people are clearly visible. Adding 2 or 3 photos of the same pet from slightly different angles can help.

What you get

One AI-generated image in portrait (2:3) format. You can download it and use it, including commercially, as our Terms allow. Free portraits have a watermark until you buy any credit pack. We delete it after 7 days, so download it if you want to keep it.

A clear, front-facing photo of one pet in good light, with no people in it. You can add up to 3 photos of the same pet.
Will it still look like my pet?
We aim for a portrait you'll recognize, but AI results vary and it won't be an exact copy. Clear photos help, and unusual markings are harder to get right. If a portrait has an obvious flaw, email it to us within 7 days. If the flaw is clear, we can give back the credits for that portrait.
Can I use a cat, rabbit or another pet?
Yes, any pet, one per portrait. Results can vary more for pets other than dogs and cats.
What file do I get? Can I print it?
You get one AI-generated image file to download. You can print it yourself; we don't print or ship anything.
Why does my portrait have a watermark?
Portraits made before you buy anything have a watermark. Buy any credit pack and it comes off all your portraits that haven't expired, including this one.
How long is my portrait kept?
We delete portraits after 7 days, so download the ones you want to keep. Our AI provider keeps its own copies for up to 14 days; see our Privacy Policy.
